    A1GP 2008/09 Calendar

Must say i am very surprised that with Ferrari on board this is only an 11 race calendar with 4 races still to be confirmed/4 races without a venue by the look of it

    1-21 september 2008 Mugello, Italy
    2-05 October 2008 Zandvoort, Netherlands
3-09 November 2008 Jakarta, Indonesia (is this Sentul?)
    4-23 November 2008 Sepang, Malaysia
    5-14 December 2008 China (TBA)
6-25 January 2009 Taupo, New Zealand
7-22 February 2009 South Africa (TBA)
8-15 March 2009 Mexico City, Mexico
    9-29 March 2009 TBA
    10-12 April 2009 Algrave, Portugal
11-03 May 2009 Great Britain (TBA)

As far as i can work out there are less races every year yet spread over a longer time frame. good to have new races like Mugello, Jakarta, Algarve and any of the unconfirmed ones.

I'm surprised there is no Australia and Czech Republic and only 11 races. i thought it was meant to get bigger and better with Ferrari

I'd like to see that March date after Mexico go to a US race. We got nothing here now besides IRL.

is the Mexico race at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez. Also, the obvious choices for a US race would be Watkins Glen or Infineon. Watkins Glen would be cool but it always looks like it'll rain there. If Infineon got it they should use the NASCAR layout.

I heard that there might be a race in Brazil on May 16/17? Could just be a vicious rumor - hopefully I haven't started one!
