    Team USA - A1GP

I was down at Andretti Green Racing Headquarters yesterday. I was told that Danica Patrick and Marco Andretti will be driving for the US Team in the Netherlands coming up soon. They have to be American drivers so they will be going. They are going to kick some butt!!

I hope I don't rock the boat too much, but I believe Charlie Kimball will fill that seat.

Not a problem. I was just given wind of this signing not to long ago. Took me by suprise. I was like Charlie Kimball who ??

I still think Danica should be driving. She would give a better performance.

Sorry to everyone here, I dropped the ball on this one.

A1GP needs drivers that can bring fans in. I think skill aside, Danica would be a great thing for A1GP. Her name brings recognition to the team and the sport. At least from the US. They need bigger names in that series or it's gonna fall off.

I don't necessarily agree with your statement, but it appears as if Danica will drive the A1 car for Team USA at some point this year.

Yes, Danica and Marco should be driving at some point in the series. Most likely, Marco will be driving at the next race. That makes for better news.

Huge risk for both Andretti and Patrick. If they suck in the race then OH NO!

You don't think a sport with almost NO fan base could use a boost???

I just don't feel that you should put someone in the car because of their name, in an effort to boost viewers. A fan base is great, but personally I would rather see the up and coming stars who truly need a ride (ex. Charlie Kimball) fill the seat.
