Thread: A1GP - What is it?

Okay, this is just totally new to me, and I'm curious what it is. Can someone give me a basic run down on this series? Is it still ongoing? Just from looking at some of the topics, it looked like maybe A1GP was struggling or isn't around anymore.

I'd still love to know what it is, though.

A1GP is "worldcup of motorsport" there nations from all over the world joins.

I don't know what that means. What kind of cars do they drive? What's the circuit like? I'm just totally clueless about what this motor sport is.

Yes, I'd also like to know. I've heard about it, but I have never watched it and I don't really know what it is. I'd like to learn more about it though, it seems interesting.

A1GP 'World Cup of Motorsports' is runs Formula 1 cars. All assets of the series were put up for sale back in March and a lot or races were cancelled. Unless someone buys the series and decides to revive it, A1GP is dead.
