Well looks like Schumacher couldn't wait to retire. I just watched the movie Cars an animation in which his voice can be heard speaking as a ferrari. Although the whole thing lasts only a few seconds, i heard that in the german and italian version its him too who does the voice over. I heard alonso does the spanish version. No clue what though. Watch the movie, lol, i loved it.
P.S: Picture of the ferrari impersonating the legend is attached

Am I right in thinking that he went into a shop to buy some tyres? And the shop keeper shouted something like "It's Michael Schumacher!"?

Well i won't spoil anything by telling you the shopkeepers names are Luigi and Guido and they've got a ferrari and two maseratis driving in :D :D
Here's a glimpse of what they're reaction might be, typical formula 1 fans:D :D :D

Hahaha :D
That was a hilarious movie. Really enjoyed it (finally watched it yesterday). I think they spent too much time in the city, but other than that it was great :)

I haven't personally seen the movie myself, but just from the clip you posted it sounds pretty cool. That's kind of cool that they had real drivers do voiceovers in it :D

From the preview clips that I've seen, it looks really good, but so did the film "Click", but that turned out to be rubbish.

To be honest, I felt that "Click" would be rubbish to start with. I mean the idea sounded cool, but it just looked like it's going to be lame. Haven't seen it, but I guess my assumptions are correct :p

Just to go off topic for a second. It starts off like all good Adam Sandler movies, but towards the end, the comedy value dies. They really missed a good opportunity to make a really good film.
Anyway, back on topic, I will probably wait to see it because someone is likely to buy it on DVD.

That and the trailers look a lot better than the actual movies :D You can always find a good 2 minutes...but sometimes that's the best 2 minutes there is in the entire movie :D I usually wait for the ratings to figure it out...
