And the going gets even more weird....
According to news sources, a company called Union Properties has bought the rights from FOA to make Forumla 1 'theme parks' in Europe. I'm kind of curious what these theme parks will consist of...the first theme park is scheduled to be built in Dubai next month

It might look like the "BMW Theme Park" that went to a few races in Europe this year. From what I can remember, it wasn't very big, but you could experience last year's car on a track that looked something like this - "o-o"

Hmm...that might be kind of cool, I'm not too sure, just kind of sounded a little bit peculiar...having an F1 theme park is something I wouldn't have thought would go over very well, but hey, maybe it'll be a suprise. I have nightmares about inflatable race car drivers running around and roller coasters made to look like NASCARS....

Maybe I have the wrong idea...black and white cotton candy anyone?

Entry Fee: Only if your a millionare :D:D:D:D:D

Oh yea definitely :p

I really think its a great idea though, because we fans need to experience F1 more. A theme park would be a great addition to a Grand Prix weekend package, and it should be free of cost for all ticket holders.

That, of course, is probably wishful thinking :o

That's certainly wishful thinking. In my opinion, most people won't get to experience it, even if they have a ticket.

Hehe, that's actually not that bad of an idea. It would then be an F1 simulation of sorts. You get a helmet and then go for a ride in the rollercoaster. But can it goes above 200 km/h, let alone 300 km/h to simulate the G-Forces? LoL, that would be sweet :D

Where would you like to see the next one, Im hopeing in the UK, its about time we had a half decent theme park, and i think these parks are good ideas. And Im sure the people who desighns the parks are Disney and BMW.
