Everytime I try to log in to the forum I always have to do it twice. Why is this happening?

This depends on Internet Security settings, including cookies. There is not one direct way to fix this, but the next upgrade is built on completely new code, so it won't be an issue anymore. 8)

I have all of my cookies removed every time I disconnect from the Internet, thanks to an amazing little program called CCleaner. It has slightly sped up my computer. Slightly.

Cookies don't slow down your computer, they just store information about you. They are inactive and don't consume system resources. 8)

My computer is no ordinary computer. I have 317MB RAM because parts of RAM from other computers have been put into ours. There's a certain someone in the house who thinks he's a computer whizz. He isn't.

Hehe :D , even if you had only half the amount of RAM, deleting cookies only ensures privacy, never a gain in perfomance :P

Exactly. Privacy from hackers, and hackers slow down my computer when they're trying to get private details.
