I am biased here, so it is a little bit unfair...
I say Schumacher, whom I feel is the best driver in, at least, the last 25 years.

Now, I do think that, right now, Kimi is a tad faster... Michael in 99-00 would have had Kimi for Breakfast; even the Michael that race at Monaco or at Shanghai or Brazil this season would destroy Raikkonen without major difficulties; but I think that in the whole course of a season, Kimi right now has no match in the whole grid.

Next season, if Ferrari is reliable and competitive (just competitive, not top notch, just competitive), I bet that Kimi will be the champion...

Out of the three drivers Michael is by far the best. His record speaks for itself.

Kimi is a driver of great potential but has yet to deliver. I hope he will next year.:)

Button is the weakest of the three. Over rated by the media.

Well the fact of the matter is we should be calling Schumacher the 8x world champion if it wasn't for those cheating Renault drivers. This championship was a farce.

Not only that, today I was reading the Renault Pit Crew Radio from the Brazilian GP, and Pat Symonds came out with this remark "This is justice". Now, I'm not two planks short of a tree house, but I don't understand that at all. Justice for what? It was those who were cheating.

Schumacher showed he had talent all year long, greater than any driver. To say that he got more points at Hungary than Alonso, and Alonso lapped him, it shows he's a genius.

Woa man, take it easy :p Ferrari hasn't had a spotless shirt either over the past 10 years. They don't care about the spirit of the rules either.

It's all dirty politics. Ferrari made their move when Alonso got sent back the grid at Monza. Are you tell me that wasn't politically motivated? All i'm saying is that both sides had their share of controversies, and ultimately the better man of 2006 one.

Shuey's engine blew at Suzuka, that's tough luck, but so did Hakkinen's in 2000, or Raikkonen on more than one occasion in 2003 or 2005.

But I guess we should continue this discussion in the main thread outside of the F1DL :p :)
