This Microsoft game looks really good and is schedueled for release in May. The realtime telemetry, apart from the graphics and physics, is also impressive

It was released today here in Sweden. I've been trying to get a review copy of it for a couple of weeks now without any luck. Until today that is. I finally managed to get hold of the right person so hopefully I'll have it early next week. I'm really looking forward to it as the first game was quite fun, too bad my old Xbox steering wheel won't work with the 360 though.

I have it! :D .. although I haven't been able to do much with it. One save game file takes up a whole memory card, and I'm not willing to delete all my saved games on one card just to play it.. I also can't afford a HDD yet. :p

I'm thinking of selling it and buying Flatout Ultimate Carnage on Ebay. Will rebuy Forza once I have a HDD. :)

I've had this for a few weeks now. I also have it on an HDTV with a logitech XBOX360 wheel/pedal set.

It's pretty good, the cars seem to handle well, they're less fidgity than in Forza 1, especially the rear wheel drive. But I think much of that may be down to using the wheel instead of a controller.

The graphics are very good, as is the sound, but the game is basically exactly the same as the original, with more real tracks (Mugello, Sebring) and fewer fictional tracks (Blue Mountains, and Rio are gone). The career is the same as Forza 1, you start with a region and a slow car then win and get prize money and progressivly faster cars as you increase your driver level. For the most part though you could do most of the game with only a couple of cars. I started with a VW Golf GTi and through upgrades can beat almost any production car with it.

Great choice :D, I'd love to give a setup like that a shot. Last racing game I played was GTR 2 (PC), and it was a lot of fun. The game is very demanding with the system requirements though :wonder:

I've been playing Forza now and then since it's relase and I really really enjoy it. The only grudge I have against it is the fact that it's just too damn easy to get new cars. I want to have to fight for the cars in my garage. But it seems you get a new car for just about every race you win and then your garage is flooded by cars you don't really care about. It doesn't feel like "my cars".

A couple you say?

With Sportscars I actually meant Le Mans type Prototypes. :D

And there were only a couple of those in the list. :p

There's a whole bunch of other stuff though. Too bad they chose some weird American Volvo S60 touring car when they could have had the real deal:
