Bimota just won't go away (not that I want them to). The latest Tesi is a freak of mechanics. A swingarm front suspension, Brembo brakes, EFI, a Leo Vance pipe and the bullet-proof Ducati Desmo twin power plant. Not to mention, out of this world looks:eek:. Love it or hate it, if you saw one, you'd probably stare at it for a while. I can only imagine how well it handles!
And it can be yours for the princely sum of $60,000.
Yes, it's not a car, but it is a 'ride'

Hehe, that's fine and it is eye catching indeed . What are some of its technical specs? Is it significantly quicker or does it handle better, or both :wonder:?

If you had of asked me for the specs a couple of weeks ago I could've had them on hand:o.
The biggest beef I heard was that for 60 grand, Bimota should have gone for the 999cc Testastretta instead of the same motor you'd find in a Monster (although there is a Monster S4R Testastretta). Also, that for the money the styling could have been better. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I'd give you my opinion of how I think it handles, but the idea of a swingarm front suspension and hub steering is completely out of my realm as far as bikes go. I have'nt read anything saying that it's the re-invention of the wheel, so to speak.
But never mind that! Check this out. The Bimota Tesi 3D for 2008. They upped the motor, but it's still not their top of the line power plant.
