That's what I said:D

The 75th aniversary of the WRGB (Nov.29 to Dec.2) is supposed to have our dear Valentino as a participant. I sure hope this gets televised. I understand he announced his participation for 2007 after an 11th place finish at a Rally in New Zealand last year. As far as I know this isn't his first WRGB.

Earlier this year, Rossi told Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello sport, “Yes, rallying could be my future after bikes. Formula One, as well, could have been within my reach, but I had my chance and made a different choice. Rallying could be a good solution.”

He can't commit to a full season, but said, “Rallies have always been one of my great passions and I want to do at least one every year. Then, when I quit bikes, I’ll happily (have a career in rallying).”

So much for my poll:rolleyes::lol:

Rossi in rallying? It's a very difficult transition. Compare it to moving from tennis to squash. He's an incredible talent who can adapt quickly.

It'll be interesting to follow ;) But keep an eye on the rally car's trunk. He might be hiding a superbike after all :lol:

Stefan Edberg went from a retired tennis player to becoming a damn good squash player pretty easily. :D :lol:
