Lots of stuff happened on this day.
1774: The First Continental Congress convened in Philadelphia in response to the British enactment of the Intolerable Acts.
1793: The National Convention began the "Reign of Terror" which resulted in the execution of thousands of French men and women perceived to be enemies of the state.
1972: Palestinian gunmen broke into the Israeli section of the Olympic village at the Munich Summer Games and killed 11 Israeli athletes and coaches, and 1 German Police officer.

What the?!?:lol: That was a horrible show:lol:. What was the movie he was in a couple of years ago where he played a total psycho weirdo? Was it Harold and Kumar go to White Castle, or Super Troopers? (both hilarious movies:thumbsup:)
He's so far out of the closet now, I'm not sure he could find it again if he tried!:eek::lol:

That is one incredible bridge. When I was there, I couldn't decide what was more spectacular, driving on it or seeing from the boat. The approaches are something as well. I can't recall what we paid for the toll:wonder: Apparently there were many thousands of gallons of oil spilled in the bay just a week or so ago:mad:
As for old the old whale, that's quite the footage they shot:lol: Rotten whale guts splattered all over everything for blocks:sick: Where did all these seagulls come from:confused::lol:
And as for the merger, at the time, I thought it was the strangest thing I'd ever heard. I can't believe that was almost 10 years ago:wonder: It certainly seemed to pull Chrysler out of the mud.

Yea, when I heard it I couldn't believe it, nor could I see it working. Took them almost a decade to figure that out, and just a few months back they split again :rolleyes:
