Back in the day I used to go to quite a fair number of concerts. These last few years I've felt too old for festivals (I hate sleeping in tents and not showering for a couple of days) and so the amount of concerts I've visited have decreased.

Anyway. Me and the wife feel like it's time to start going to concerts again.

We're starting tomorrow with Timo Räisänen. I'm not a big fan, but he's pretty ok and we don't get much to chose from in our town.

So... any concert memories to share? Any future concerts planned?

I went to a Hatebreed concert and there was a band that played b4 hand called "Sick of it All". They did this thing called the Braveheart. I've seen vids where they call it the wall of death also. Anyway, this was at a smaller venue (inside) and the split the floor so that a 3rd of the people were on the left, a 3rd on the right, and a 3rd were at the back. They were playing kind of a celtic-ish rhythm and then "GO!!" Everybody just charges the center like those fight scenes. Total freakin chaos!!! It was awesome!!! I'll see what I can find as an example.

Also any TOOL concert I've been to is a great visual as well as audio treat. They have a lot of video imagery and stage performers and such. Very nice to go to.

Ah, Sick of it All!

Saw them at a festival in 99 or 2000. They have some good songs when your in that old school hc kind of mood. :)
