CONCORD, N.C. - The new look for the DEI No. 8 was unveiled Friday at Lowe's Motor Speedway with the U.S. Army color scheme now the primary design on the famous car.
Mark Martin and Aric Almirola will share driving duties in the ride next season with Martin running 24 races.
DEI plans to unveil more color schemes and sponsors for the remainder of its stable in the coming weeks.

It's funny how the U.S. Army is the title sponsor for this team. Talk about modern warfare.

Yeah, I had rumors a couple weeks ago it was going to be Mark Martin most likely to drive the #8.

Where do my tax dollars go? To fund programs of the U.S. Army that convinces people to join :rolleyes: But I guess that's for another thread.
I don't like the design presented that much. There are 'prettier' cars on the gird :lol:

Too bad for the Army it isn't working. I guess people would rather watch NASCAR than go door to door in Iraq. That's a hard choice for me, I hate NASCAR but I want to live too.:confused:

Unfortunately for now, the Iraq war is making any military service a hard sale right now.:(
