I'm a huge Kimi fan and him being the underdog I'd like to see him win it. At the same time I'd like to see history made with Hamilton wining it. I have no idea who I want to see win it more. I know I don't want it to be Alonso for sure. I respect his ability and 2 titles, but he's acting like a b**ch!!
*** I went ahead and voted Kimi. I wanted him to win it last year and the year before that if it wasn't Schumi that won it. ***

They've been at it all season. Alonso wanted clear leader status and not to be challenged by his rookie teamie. Then said rookie pulled out a lead and so Alonso started to cry about it. Pansy!!

I thought I also heard something about them wanting to make sure that thier car set-ups are the same, no favortism in the setting up the cars.

There is FIA inspectors to check out closely what McLaren is doing in Brazil. Alonso feels that his car was sabotaged in the qualify of China GP. His rear tyres had pressures of 1.5 when they should have been 0.2.

It's the old Formula 1 way. If you're slower than your team mate it's not because he is quicker than you. It's because he's got better equipment. :D
Just like it's been with all my teammates in Batracer.

Raikkonen.
I don't like Hamilton's "I can do no wrong" attitude, nor do I like Alonso's "I think I'm Nigel Mansell" attitude.

C'mon DriverDB, what are these post-season accusations?
I really want Kimi to win. He's a great driver and really, really deserves it. After coming close in 2003 and 2005 (losing because of reliability issues with his McLaren), the title this season would be a fantastic achievement
Of course you can imagine how pissed off McLaren would be if that were to happen

Hey that sounds familiar. I said the same thing.
I am starting to think that Hamilton needs to be humbled a bit. He seemed that way in the beginning but not now. I hope the fame and success don't get to his head more than it already has. I always like a driver that wins and remains humble and appreciative.

Exactly, that's why I was a big fan of Hakkinen :)

Well i'd love Hamilton to win to shut Alonso up:lol:
then he can leave for Renault and whine there instead
(am a renault fan but hey !)
if not then it would be Kimmi all the way :)
he deserves it ...
also we may see him "smile" and talk less monotone:rolleyes:

But hopefully he will always keep fiddling with the microphone. It just wouldn't be Kimi otherwise. :D

I hope that Alonso wins the title.... that would be very nice, everybody against him and he wins.
if that happens he dont have to prove nothing more at least for me, something that Hamilton and Kimi have to, but problaby it will be Hamilton. Anyway the title will be in good hands

Hehe , I beg to differ! I don't want Alonso to win the title this year. I'd like to see Kimi take it, he's been very unlucky in the past. If it weren't for the reliability issues in 2003 and 2005, he would have been a double world champion.
But if and would don't matter now. All that goes to show is that Raikkonen has proven his driving abilities. Let's see how it plays out

I also think that Alonso has had his chance to "prove himself". I respect his 2 titles as we all should BUT I can't find any sympathy for a guy that is whining and crying like a little kid when someone is a challenge to him. If he had taken this years challenges (and not any kind of cheating, just the driver to driver part) in stride like a man and acted like the pro he's supposed to be, then I'd be all for it. Ok well maybe not "All".
I agree with Jo about Kimi. He was more than the car could handle those years. He's been consistently faster than most and has done very well when the car stayed in one piece. I'm still surprised at the reliability of the McLarens all of a sudden. How many times would Kimi have won if the car hadn't broken on him while leading. I can think of at least 3 races. I think Kimi has also proven his ability but he deserves the title more than anyone.
That leaves Hamilton as the only one that actually has to prove himself. I respect what he's accomplished and if Kimi doesn't win it I hope he does. I just hope it doesn't go to his head.
(P.S. I give you permission to use my long articles in your research papers )

personally i think that kimi deserves it the most. but for him to win it will take a miracle. on the other hand alonso has a better chance than kimi, and i would rather him take the title tham lewis, who seems to be getting away with everything and also looks like he is becoming bernie's favourite.
Realistically i think lewis will be the 2007 champion. :(
