its been decided mates,

2007 will see the rear wing of F1 cars, as we know, change dramatically.

It'll take some getting used to, but if it helps overtaking, why not :D

The new wings are a result of a long-term study into the aerodynamics of overtaking, and so, we can be confident the predicted improvements will take place. :)

But you know F1... :D

Actually, I understood that this was just a proposal for 2008, that if the teams agree, could be introduced as early as in 2007 and, in any case, stills not an official change not even for '08. I have the feeling it is more some sort of: "If you don't like to see your sponsors upset with our proposal, give us something to increase the overtakes during the races"

Welcome to the forum mate!

Well I agree with you, but I think there could be more to it then it seems. As far as I heard the meeting attendees liked it.

But then again, I takes getting used to. I'm so used to the "old" or "current" wing form that I would have a hard time believing I'm watching F1.
