Well, not many were interested in the NFL :o So I am posting the schedule for this year's College Football Bowl games in case anyone is interested.:)

How big is college over there? Seems very big when you see it in movies etc.

College sports are very big over here. Bowl time and especially in March with college basketball. They call it "March Madness". March kicks off NCAA Tournament for the top 64 college teams. There are a lot of pools and betting going on during this time.:)

That's more bowls than in my kitchen.:eek:

I've never followed college football, except for my own universities Mount Allison Mounties. They recently ended a 5 year losing streak.

But yeah, Joel. American college sports are very big and important. Unlike in Europe where professional clubs have junior squads, or in Canada, for hockey, there are dedicated junior leagues, in the US colleges serve as the training ground for professional athletes. So college sports are very important to American sporting culture.
