Today while setting up a car i got a new message "The perfect setup lies 4 points beyond the capabilities of the car."
I couldnt make head or tail of it.

It means one, or more, of the setup sliders (ie front wing, ride height) must either go above 100, or below 0 in order to achieve a 100% setup.

so it could be any parameter?

Well, yes, kind of. Once you play the game a little longer, you'll realize what parameters are more likely to go above or below. I haven't seen it happen to brake bias much myself, but lots of times for wings, ARB's, gears. If the Engineers advice says high/low for a certain parameter, set it high/low and try it out.
