I am watching a show from National Geographic that may shed light on F1 at Indy's problems. Apparently in the LONG history of Indy NO races are run clockwise an it is a standing superstition that it is bad luck. This could explain the 6 car race, breakdown in talks and many other F1 related issues at Indy.:lol: I don't get why the race couldn't have been run anti-clockwise. They make it sound like ALL F1 is run clockwise but there are 2 currently used that aren't. Very interesting. :wonder:

But it was doing fine since 2000. If it were bad luck it should have been consistent over the years. It brought Mika Hakkinen bad luck back then, that's for sure

I don't know, Ralf went into the wall at high speed backward 2 years in a row, one prompting the Michellin teams withdrawl. I know there's been a few other issues too.
