I've casted my votes, and appreciate the anonymity that comes along with it :p.

Thanks DriverDB, was very easy to use and your short descriptions of the achievements of individual drivers together with the small pictures helps a lot :)

Voting done. The descriptions did really help, especially with the lower formulas and Karting where I'm not familiar with many drivers outside of Canada.

I'm suprised that Lewis didn't make young driver of the year category. Is he too old?? Hehehe

Yup, I drew the line at 21 (or born 1986 or later was the official rule).

Well, I he did have a pretty rotten season this year with only 11th and all four teammates ahead of him. I think people expected more as 2006 was so promising.

Driver, just checking to see if you have any updates on the voting. How long does the voting go for ?

The voting is on until the 10th of January.

I'm not going to tell about the standings.... but fans of one of the two nominated NASCAR drivers have promoted the poll a bit which is now pretty visible in the standings. :whistling:

I agree, keep it secret. The element of suprise is the best. I didnt realize the voting went on so long. But hey, no one should have an excuse that they didnt have enough time to vote..;)

Yeah, I wanted everyone to have a chance and long polls tend to be less vulnerable to odd results. Especially if they're running a site that doesn't have 1,000,000 daily users.

The misspelling of "the" could be a typo. I've done it before.:o

Yea, though a lot people just post anything to get access to exclusive content. But I agree, could have been a typo :)
