Yea, that is what it stands for. It will replace the French Formula Renault Championship starting next season.

I don't know much about it, but the reason it was renamed is because the championship will include Belgium and the Iberian Peninsula in addition to France :wonder:

The 2008 calendar is not available yet.

A couple of the events will be run with the FFSA Super Series, so those results will at least be available.
