No, that photo was not taken in the old Spa circuit, but the Spa circuit was on the calendar of that season.

The photo was taken in the harpin of a very famous circuit, that still present in the F1 nowadays. and if you look the car livery you will see something that can help you a lot

Correct is Monaco, and is a Honda, but if you guys could say the model it would be gr8, but that is enough... but there still open the Driver and the year... this one is very hard.

A tip for the year, and then you guys can find the name of the driver.

The championship is between 1960-1965, the winner of this race was Graham Hill, and who won the title, was driving a Lotus

It looks like he's not wearing driving gloves, or that he has very tan coloured gloves.
