I dont have the video but here are some pics when that happened.
Jeff Gordon would do well in F1. He is a good road course driver.

Jeff Gordon would do HORRIBLE in F1. At least for a couple years. Flinging a stock car around the track at half the speed is a big leap. He would need ALOT of practice.
EDIT: Let me clarify. I think the CAR would be his biggest problem. There is such a huge difference in performance that he would have to get used to driving all over again.

Which is why people like Montoya and Villeneuve struggle when they first try their hands in NASCAR. Besides, I also think he'll do well. Read the article EIR

Driving an open wheel car is a whole different world compared to tintops. NASCAR, Super v8's, DTM....you name it, they must feel like driving a boat after you have driven a F1 car. Allthough Gordon has had a superb career in NASCAR, it doesn't mean that he would do well in F1, I have high doubts of him doing well even at IRL.
When Sebastien Loeb (4 times wrc champ) tested Renault R27 few months ago, he wasn't that much off the pace compared to Kovalainen, just like Gordon was close to Montoyas pace. If you have driving skills, you can't really "suck" at any car, but still...no way. :stop::lol:

NASCAR is a motorsport like any other. We all have preferences :p. I actually like watching NASCAR from time to time. There are a lot of interesting elements that cannot be found in Formula 1 for example.
Like you said Lizardfolk, the jump to F1 would probably ruin his career. He should stay in NASCAR, although I'm sure he would be interested to try Rally or DTM later on :wonder:
