New England Patriots receiver, Randy Moss is starting his own racing team. Its Moss Motorsports. He will be running a partial season in 2008 in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and a full schedule in the truck series in 2009.

His sponsors will be announced at a later date. Im also curious as to who he will have as a driver. Interesting news but I personally am not a big Randy Moss fan.

Ahahahaha!! Or a victory dance!

10 yard penalty for showboating!

Hey Fahad! This gig might be for you:thumbsup: Just don't lose the win by 30 feet:lol:

C'mon DR, Randy has grown up a lot in the past couple of years. He's not nearly as bad as he was. Still WAY better character wise than T.O.

A black team owner and a Middle Eastern driver in NASCAR Trucks is asking for trouble.

This will be interesting since he is a New England Cheatriot and his coach is Bill Belacheat.

Just 'cause Billy 'the sweat-hog' Belichick is a big fat cheater, doesn't mean everyone else on the team is. Granted, Randy can be annoying (although I think he's matured since he left the Raiders), I don't think I'd label him a cheater.

That's pretty much what I thought when I'd heard that Michael Jordan had an AMA team:huh::lol:

So is Randy still gonna do it? I haven't really been following along:whistling:

Actually yes, he is going thru with it. Just recently, he purchased 50% of a current NASCAR Truck Team which is Morgan-Dollar Motorsports. It's a dwindling team but he hopes to rebuild it.

He has the truck number 81 to reflect his jersey number. He has changed the name to Randy Moss Motorsports and will make his debut on July 19th at Kentucky Speedway. His driver will be a Willie Allen.

Brad Daugherty came to my mind

Isnt that previously the 46 truck that Scott Speed drove (and Kinser before him?). With Scott's great results I'd expect him to be in the 46.

Yes, the truck number was previously 46 and he changed it to 81. It will be interesting to see how his team does.

But who knows where the talent hides, may be he would have completely prepared.
