Jacques Villeneuve has won his first major race since 1997 when he, Marc Gene, and Nicolas Minassian, took victory at last weekends Spa 1000km.

Villeneuve was 3rd driver for the team, preparing to challenge Audi at LeMans in June.

That's a very long drought! The team of Minassian-Gené-Villeneuve will be kept intact for the 24 hours of Le Mans that will be run on June 14 and 15. Villeneuve will be trying to conquer the only Triple Crown racing jewel missing in his collection.
