BATracer Clan World Cup

Dear Clan Leader, we would like to present you the BATracer Clan World Cup, an effort to make a conmpetition between clans, and we would be very honoured to hae your clan competing with us.

Overview

A very exciting private game has come, the first Cup for BATracer Clans, as the winning team will be honoured as the real Clan World Champions.

The Cup will consist of a Tournament with knockout elimination rounds.

The number of rounds wll depend on the number of clans that are registered to
the tournament, being 8 or 16, or if there are more then some teams will have
one more stage than the rest.

The Teams

Each clan will have half of the grid, with each driver teamed up with a driver from the other clan, the teams will be of 12 or 16 depending if the carset is F1 2007 or BTCC. The advatage of F1 2007 is that it is more popular but BTCC makes it possible to have more drivers included.

The Winner

Each driver can score one point for their team if they score more points than their respective teammates (from the other clan) at the end of the season. If both teammates score the same number of points, then none of them score a point for their team, but in case of a tie overall, then the BATracer tiebreakers will be used to
see who got which point.

Some Rules

Every driver is only allowed to be part of one team.
If you are registered with multiple clans, you must choose 1 to represent for this season.

Every participant must behave properly.

Registration

Every clan owner may send us a PM or post here including:

-Clan Name

-Interested Team members (may include substitutes as well ? can include your entire clan, but don?t forget the ?multi-clan? rule.).

Car choice (Whether it's BTCC or F1
2007):

Each clan will be allowed 1 by 1 to choose their cars or join a respective team (REMEMBER! You must team up with someone
from the other clan).

Dates

August 31st: Deadline for clans to sign-up.
September 1st-3rd: Final Organization (Draws, carset, and team strategies etc.).
September 4th: Round 1 games created.
September 11th: Round 1 Games started!

Sounds good if we can get the players, but I've only got one private game slot left, and that's for the league...d'oh!

I would have gone for the BTCC though...I seem to be a bit better at that!!
