Ok. I know that with this you are capable to do your setup runs with 100% experimental level, but besides that does it do something else since it seems stupid to have 2 charastericstics alike (thinker)

I've heard, although never experimented, that Thinker gives more actual setup data. ie you get to 100% spot-on faster. And that Charisma means you're less likely to have a pit-stop botched by shotty pit-work.

I've heard this one as well.. although I've not taken the time yet to verify it.

Tis true allows quicker and less bodged stops.:-)
