How Do You Like Your Steering Wheel?

For any car enthusiast, the feel of the steering wheel itself (and the way it looks) is an integral part of a good ride. And considering they come in all shapes, sizes and materials, there's a wide array of options to choose from

I prefer leather 3-spoke multi-functional steering wheels (not that I have the joy of owning one ). The wooden ones are also very nice, but it's just not as good as quality leather ones I've tested

Some of people like steering wheels to be very primitive. What about you guys?

    I like a 3 spoke wheel aswell.

One thing I'm very particular about is the position of the spokes, I very much prefer the spokes going to the 9, 3, and 6 positions on the wheel.

Yeah, have to say that leather 3 spoke wheel with positions like ryan said suites me the best. Wheel has to be also thick enough to give that nice feeling, god I hate those old japanese style steering wheels which feel like squeezing a pencil =)

I actually like a thinner wheel, with a fabric linning instead of leather.

Well, not so secretly, I've always wanted to have the kind of steering wheel like KITT had on Knight rider.

I'm so used to having a Chevy steering wheel, 4 and 8 two spoke I couldn't imagine any other. Actually come to think of it, the Mazda has a 3,6,9 with controlls. I spend so much time in the work truck I damn near forgot.

I had a nice Grant wood grain wheel I liked in my '72 Chevy pickup. I like the Leather wraped wheel in the '99 S-10 Xtreme I had too. Hated the wheel in the '95 Impala SS. Like the wheel in the '05 Scion tC and the '07 Dodge Ram. I wish my Ram had the leather though. I like the feel of a leather wrapped wheel in a regular car. I do like the padded race wheel feel though. I think the best would be the feel of a nice F1 wheel!!

I like the steering wheel on my Jeep. There isn't much special about it, but the holes on the bottom part are perfect for my hands when I'm driving.

I don't think she even knows

She was too busy trying to sell us bank cheques with Jeff Gordon on them
