    Lexmark Indy 300

I might have to watch this race. The champ cars run in the Lexmark Indy 300 down in Australia this Saturday, October 20th. It will be live on ESPN Classic.

Just giving everyone a heads up.

I still wish I was there this weekend, but bills forced me to postpone the visit there.

For a 4 day General Admission it is like $200-$250 Australian, so it is relatively cheap, the racing is the best with 2 world class events falling always on the same day with the ChampCars and V8's.

It is always fun to look up during the afternoons as there is usually people that have had too much to drink and tend to shed clothing(on the balconies of the high rises)

At the moment, the Aussie dollar to the US is about 88 to 90 cents.

So it works out(at 88 cents US) at $176-$220 for the 4 days(+Accommodation and food)

    That's pretty expensive.

A 3 day Gen. Adm at the Canadian GP in Montreal is (if I remember correctly) about $100 Canadian.

That does seem high. I can get a 3 day admission, including garage/pit areas for only $90 at Mid-Ohio.

That Canadian GP price seems cheap if it's an F1 event. I know the US GP (F1) was a butt load of $$ if you wanted to go. That might have just been the seats I saw though.

The winner in this race was Sebastian Bourdais. Congrats to him.
