    PT / Forsythe Issues

This looks bad for Forsythe and company. Losing Paul Tracy is the last thing they want, and I'll make that assumption because I doubt anyone can get their head so far up their *** that they don't want PT, so it looks pretty bad right now. Sponsorship isn't there, and I know Gerry wants to help save the sport, I'm sure they all do. Merging with RuSport isn't exactly a great help, they obviously didn't have much left without CDW. I fear bad things unless Monster steps up. Which I can only hope they do as Monster would create one badass livery.

Anyway, the Hinch-Tracy Canadian dream team isn't looking so likely

Not to worry anymore, Paul Tracy has confirmed that he is staying with Forsythe/Pettit Racing for 2008 and beyond.

They hired Kenny Siwieck and he will be in charge of Paul's car. Good news for champ car.

Woo hoo!! Man, I sure hope he has a much better season than the last Maybe some more fisticuffs??

He's such a character. Really, I wouldn't watch as much if he weren't still racing in CC.

Yeah, if he left, champcar would of took another blow since Sebastien left. That series to me is on shaky ground but I could be wrong.

I think you're spot on, unfortunately.

I don't know why the solution seems to be so crystal clear to everyone else BUT the people who could actually save it

I think the problem is that IRL isn't interested in Champ and that Champ has pride at stake.
