Drifting Video

When I was watching the clip of the red car in the parking lot my first thought was 'he's doing donuts'. Doing donuts in the school parking lot after school was out was common in my small midwestern town, especially at this time of year. Check it out.

Not a bad find, its always good with a nice cam angle to see the whites of their eyes and the wheel being cocked back.

Not too sure I would have been the one playing in the school parking lot (I only did that without other cars/people in the area).

I wish I could drift like those drivers do. I have watched car shows where cars are doing donuts in a small parking lot. Its really awesome to watch. But sometimes I'm afraid that the drivers would lose control of their cars while drifting.

Cool, I wonder how much those dudes spend on tires each year? lol It is fun but destroys your tires really fast. I wonder how easy it is to flip some of those smaller cars?

I love watching drifting cars, which is why Tokyo Drift is one of my favorite movies.

Lowr mentioned about smaller cars and it reminded of RC cars. Here is what I found in YouTube on drifting RC cars.

Those are nice RC cars. I think its better to drift those small RC cars than a real car because there will be no casualties if the RC car crashes. But I will miss the smell of burnt tire with RC cars.

Of course, it happens, but they know the risk..

I'm familiar with the phrase "doing donuts" too, from my high school days.

And that reminds me of seeing somebody do something like that, and my friend nostalgically saying "I remember MY first set of tires."

While watching this video that scene from Tokyo Drift where he's first trying to race through the parking garage popped into my mind. It's really cool watching the drifters do their thing.

All I can say is "damn they are really good" and "really crazy". They have drifted near the spectators as well as in real traffic. They could hurt other people if something goes wrong.

About the video you can do like this: . The code in youtube is combination the letters and numbers just after the equal(=) sign.
