Thread: Rd1, Heat 1: Rosberg vs Heidfeld.

This round is open until the Sunday of the German GP because this week has already started, and therefore wouldn't be fair to only have it open for 3 days.

I like both Heidfeld and Rosberg, but in a straight fight, I?m sure Rosberg just has the edge. He?s excellent behind the wheel, which can be proved by his fastest lap in Bahrain.

Heidfeld, on the other hand, is still a great talent, but lacks both the speed and charisma of Nico Rosberg. That?s why I?m voting for Rosberg.

Heidfeld always makes a quiet and slow impression. But I think in a straight duel he would still have the upper hand over Rosberg, but only because he has significantly more experience.

Rosberg is the future of Formula 1 and therefore will be able to beat current "moderate" drivers such as Heidfeld. Because of this I'm voting for Rosberg

Although i think Rosberg can be mistaken for a woman sometimes, no offence to Rosberg fans out there, but still it seems to me that he is the better of the two, not only is he still very young but has a ton of experience, speed and the nerves to drive a formula 1 car.

Nick Heidfeld:

* He dominated Kimi during 2001. Yes, that was Kimi's rookie season, but still...

* He looked, at least, evenly matched with Webber during their times at Williams, if not better more often than not; more than can be said about Rosberg this season, whom after Bahrain, has looked pretty much average...

* Right now, he is 1 point down of having twice as many points as his teammate, former World Champion Jacques Villeneuve.

Now, in all fairness, his personality and his management are sort of "bland" so the media doesn't focus on him as often as it does on other drivers (Kovalainen, for instance, who was beated by both Rosberg and Montagny in the pass...)
