    BMW announces drivers for 2008

As excepted the drivers are Nick Heidfeld and Robert Kubica. This cuts the wings of rumours that Alonso would sign for BMW for 2008

Sadly, we've seen contracts being breached a lot lately . So even though it's official, it's never a guarantee...

Good news, in my opinion this was the best thing BMW could do, Alonso is a very expensive driver, but the two BMW drivers are very good, they dont need Alonso in the team, thats my opinion.... now i think Alonso will be going back to Renault next year

BMW needs one german driver for PR and there is no better german on the market than Heidfeld atm. Kubica is young starlet who I see pretty fast, and most of all CHEAP driver....well atleast compared what Alonso would cost. Norbert Haug has told to press that Alonso is going to see the end of the current contract at McLaren but I admit, you never know

BMW proved thay aren't stupid as keeping the pair that is working well together and helping the team to progress rapidly was the best decision. Great job!
