    When did F1 change forever?

In the whole career of F1, what was the turning point of F1 to we know it today??

94- The death of AS and RR, made safety an important issue.

The entry of major car manufacturers (whenever you want to set the time for that) who run their own team (not just as an engine supplier) probably had the most profound impact.

I'll go with this one. I think it was Germans who brought the change and since then everything is going in positive direction.

Auto-Union (designed by Ferdinand Porsche) was the first rear engined F1.
Cooper started the modern rear engine revolution with its F2 cars and in the late fifties in F1 with Jack Brabham, and the rest is, as they say, history.

THE inclusion of big teams and extinction of smaller ones who at times used to race for just one grand prix instead of whole season. They used to set the fire alive.

With the introduction of modern cars on F1 circuits & the teams sponsoring the drivers to race for them completely changed the whole face of F1.
