    GP2 and GP2 Asia and I'm confused.

Ok, I'm trying to figure out this season. Are the GP2 and GP2 Asia 2 seperate seasons, or how does this work? Also, trying to figure out if GP2 will be on SPEED like before but SPEED changed up the site and it sucks now. Anyone???

Well I got confused due to seeing the same names in both series and the points etc. I didn't know if they ran the Asian series and then the main GP2 series that usually follows most of the F1 schedule and the points carried over or if it was a completely separate thing. If I understand it right they are two totally separate series having only the name GP2 and some drivers in common as far as that goes.

There are no big differences between the GP2 Asia and the big GP2 championship.

GP2 Asia starts from January till April, while the big GP2 championship starts from March and runs equally with F1 and therefore can count on big media attention.
