AAA Hoosier Auto Insurance announced yesterday that they would renew their contract with Sarah Fisher. I haven't heard as much about Fisher career as I have Danica's. I suppose it is because Danica has risen so quickly in the overall standings.

Sarah hasn't had the success or promotion that Danica has, but I'd like to see her get up there and really challenge Danica.
I think it's great that these women drivers have been able to get into the game. My wife always really enjoys watching the races where they're participating. I hope she continues to do well.
Who's Sarah Fisher? Has she been driving for a long time? My boyfriend was saying something about how IRL IndySeries isn't the same as Nascar... Are there more women drivers in one type of racing over another?
Sarah Fisher is one of the gutsiest driver around, she has to fight for everything she has, nothing has been handed to her on a platter, she's been around the IRL circuit for a number of years and has competed in the Indy 500 several times, usually with inferior equipment.
I'm glad that she is finally getting some recognition and sponsors are standing by her, now if we could Katherine Legge back, that would be great, after the demise of Champcar she's been racing in Europe in the DTM serie with Audi.
Fisher's been professionally racing for ten years now, I think. She started from very young and I give her major props for holding her own so well all this time!
