    What Kart Do You Have?

Ah good old Go Karts. What type did you have. I had a CRG with a PRD motor in it.

Most of my karting career was in a Mike Wilson, with a Honda 5.5. When I get back in I'll probably go CMP with a Rotax.

I'm not familiar with PRD. What is it?

Its a two stroke. It was a class about 5 years ago. They were quicker the Yamaha S's and cheaper so Yamaha bought them out and stopped the series.
Very quick motor pulls away from S's with ease.

I spent a year racing the Yamaha, I loved it. There was so much Throttle response compared to the 4-stroke Honda. That said by that time (2002) the Yamaha's were almost dead in Canada, they now are, and the next season I was back with the Honda.

Here's picture of my Kart, with the Honda, back in 2006.

That looks like a Rotax engine. Are Rotax and PRD the same thing with a different name?
