What is something that other drivers on the road do that make you shake your head?

There's a few things that drive me nuts.
-Not using turn signals, or activating them as a the driver turns.
-Driving in the left lane below the speed limit.
-Driving while on the phone, shaving, applying makeup or reading (magazines, newspaper, I even seen someone had propped a huge bible on the steering wheel and were reading it while driving on a highway). The phone thing drives me even more nuts when I see the driver still has a phone planted in their ear for over 10 minutes.
-Drivers who think that Fido belongs on their lap so they can stick their head out of the window, the fact that it interferes with operating the steering wheel or that Fido would become a de facto air bag in case of a collision escapes them.
-In the winter, clearing a small spot on the drivers side of the windshield, meantime all other windows and exterior rearview mirrors are covered in ice and or snow.
-Leaving the car idling for half an hour to warm it up in the winter, the car warms up much quicker when its being driven.
There's more, but that's about it for now, I feel my blood pressure rising
