Thread: 4 wheel drive

Do you have 4 wheel drive in your vehicle? Does it ever give you a hard time when you are trying to shift out of it? Does it ever get stuck? What do you do?

I used to have a Toyota 4 x 4 but I only had it a couple of years and didn't use the four wheel drive too many times. I would take it to get looked at. I got rid of mine because they are so expensive to get work done on them.

Yes, they are very expensive to have worked on. I had mine replaced not that long ago, but the drive shaft wasn't put back in. All winter, I went without 4 wheel drive. I have my drive shaft now, so I was testing the 4 wheel drive and it got stuck. I guess it just needs to be sprayed because it has been so long since it has been used. What a pain!
