    Are you a Racer?

How many users also race? I have raced since 2000 and have raced Legends Cars for the last 3 years. I'm heavily involved in local racing in Halifax I own a Racing Classifieds site called "Racing Trader" It also has a forum for every track in North America.

This time of year I am usually racing my sprint car. I have also done some motorcycle racing - local circuits only. I started out doing figure 8 and demolition derby at one of the local tracks when I was younger.

I started racing in France near Geneva in the late sixties (car racing is banned in Switzerland) at the Monthoux circuit , sadly it does not exist anymore, they put a housing development on the site. When I came to Canada in the early seventies I competed in car rallies for a number of years, as well as a hill climb and solo events (slaloms), when we finally built a race track in Gimli, I raced there for a couple of years, in the late seventies and early eighties. Then the kids came along and it was either feeding them or the race car, the car lost out as it did not scream constantly if not fed, unlike the kids.

    I'd like to try both!
