    Indian Motorcycles

I started noticing Indian motorcycles, but I don't seem to hear about them as much as the Harleys and the Japanese bikes.

With Indian's considerable success racing, I wonder why they're not more prominent on the streets now?

I know at one time Indian motorcycles were popular on the street. I live in the little town of Fairmount, Indiana and we have an old building still standing that used to be an Indian motorcycle shop. The late actor, James Dean, grew up in Fairmount and had an Indian motorcycle.

Yeah, I don't see many Indian motorcycles on the road. I am not fond of them anyway. I much prefer Harley, Yamaha or Honda bikes. By the way, did you ever try an Indian motorcycle?

An old neighbor of mine used to race Indians years ago. I don't know a lot about what he did but apparently he was pretty heavy into it. I've seen some cool pictures of him from back in the day.

They are very nice looking motorcycles, however for racing as in cars they are using the bikes that are the fastest and so they are going for the ones that have the least wind resistance.
