Thread: MusicShake

I used to mess around with a program called Acid Pro. I haven't used it in a long time but have always been interested in that kind of thing. Today I found a site called musicshake.com where you can go on, install a few files, and make your own songs with the loops provided. You can save and upload them to the site and have them rated as well. It's kind of cool if you're into that kind of thing and it's free.

I don't think so. It looks more like a loop editor.

There are a bunch of small chunks (loops) of music that you can piece together into songs. It's pretty cool stuff if you know how to use it.

How does the program compare to commercial software like ClubDJ Pro? I used MixCraft for a while, but haven't had much time to play around lately

No, idea. I think this is more like a novelty kind of thing if you want to play around with it.
