I can't start a Doors thread and not a Led Zeppelin thread.

Here is one of my favorites "Ramble On" and YES the damn song is about LOTR (inspired etc.) listen to the 3rd verse

I added the TOOL cover of it because I love it. My Dad is a hardcore LZ fan like I am a hardcore TOOL fan and he approved of the cover. (He graduated HS in '76)

Those are also good songs. I just never could really get excited about thier more popular hits. Maybe they just got played too much around me. Good songs none the less.

this is the best rock & roll band ever.
it is impossible to pin point one song & say that this is their best, because arguably in each of their albums there is more than one song that could be referred to as their best
