Before I hear it... IMO THE best ever. I love all the others BUT as a Texan that shares the same B-day I have to say that he's MY favorite. He did use alot of Jimi and had alot of time to perfect Jimi's work. He like most of these guy (Jimi, Led Zeppelin, etc.) borrowed from earlier blues artists heavily. Back then it was ok to do that and they all respected each others take.
