Thread: Nascar Hall of Fame

The first five Nascar Hall of Fame inductees have been chosen. They are Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt, Bill France Jr, Junior Johnson, and Bill France Sr. The ceremony will be held in May 2010 at the hall of fame in Charlotte.

I'm particularly glad to hear Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt are among the first inductees.

I've read that there are interactive exhibits and simulator rides there, but I don't really have a feel for how big the hall of fame is and how long it may take to soak it all up. Does anyone here know?

It was the logical first group. I wasn't surprised by the selection at all, and I think the fans did a good job. I only voted for three and they are all in the top five.
