I like the idea of slower, the cars, but I think it is a very clear difference

I guess they told the team in advanced. Who says that the engine tries to oil in the night, only 15 hp back deep, they should lose. I bet we cannot even tell the difference in the race.

I agree. I do not think NASCAR really wanted to do something, but now they can say, 'Hey, we have something. "And frankly, I do not know what they can do, just throw the restrictor plate races everywhere (and I doubt that the case will be). I think, but I wonder where they have the greatest risk to drivers or the fans.

I know some fans were injured in an accident by Edward, so my guess is that if NASCAR is concerned. And the only way the extent, protects change in any way.

This is certainly a concession to the insurance, and no, it never records. Rusty drove the old car in the test track, not the couch. Rusty has never been a cradle.
