Thread: Who would you ride with?

I'm you won a contest and you could pick 1 driver to ride with, actually sort of teach you, who would you pick and why?
I would pick Mark Martin and it's only because my son is a big fan of Mark Martin.
Who would you pick?

Does this count for any driver in the history of the sport or no? Thats where I would be confused, some oldies have my seat better than some newer ones.

I can tell you without a doubt it would never be my spouse, as we are both control freaks.

Ha. I don't think my wife would want to race with me either. You couldn't pay her to have me work with her. Or vice versa. I think I'd want to ride with Jim Gordon. Or some of the older older ones. The classics.

I'd love to ride along with Jeff Gordon or Jimmie Johnson. They are risk takers and I think it would be extra exciting to be in the car when they're in the last ten laps and flipping around cars to get to first.

Easy question for me. The answer is my favorite driver, Jeff Gordon. I trust him to give me the ride of my life. If Jeff weren't available, I'd go with Carl Edwards.

I would ride with Jeff Gordon as he is my favorite Nascar driver. I would love to ride with him, just to chat it up. Can I have dinner with him too? I would want him to keep his eyes on the road when driving.

I'd go with Smoke, I've always been partial to drivers with attitude and who don't mind having to take a car by the scruff of the neck and throw it around, Paul Tracy comes to mind in North American open wheels.
Although Smoke has mellowed somewhat, I guess having been taken behind the wood shed by NASCAR a few times and becoming an owner has taken its toll on the attitude front

I'd go with Dale Earnhardt. I remember him from when I was younger and how sad it was when he died suddenly. It might make me nervous driving with him, but I just remember his name and it always stuck with me.
