What do you do during the nascar off season? How do you spend your Saturday and Sunday afternoons when you are not watching racing? I usually spend time with the family watching movies or going for walks.

Just the same ole normal stuff. The only difference is that instead of the TV being on NASCAR, it's on something else. Also, less stress. :}
During the season, my friends and I take turns going to one another's houses to watch the races. We usually try to continue that by holding barbeque's and movie marathons during the off-season.
I rarely watch NASCAR, I usually watch the races from Sonoma and Watkins Glen along with the odd one here and there, so that's not much of a problem for me, sorry NASCAR fans, as far as I'm concerned the cars and drivers should be capable of turning right as well as left and skilled enough to be able to shift gears several times a lap.
However I go through withdrawal every year around this time, when F1, the various Sports Car and touring car series are done for the year, I sit around bleary eyed, perusing the TV guide for a morsel of any kind of racing on a road course, or rallyes.
The only relief I could get is if someone would invite me to a racetrack in a warm sunny place (say from about December to March), hand me a helmet, strap me in a car and tell me to go nuts and have fun, yeah, like that's gonna happen, at least dreaming is still free.![]()
Football! I love football, of course we also do a lot of fun family things too. But the TV is always on football when it's a Sunday! Be nice when the races start again though!
