In the middle of the season in 2009, NASCAR altered the rules to allow for double file restarts, meaning that the cars in the front started at the front at all restarts. It also created the wave around rule which allowed a lot of cars that would become a lap down to stay on the same lap but start at the end of the pack. What is your opinion of the double file and wave around rules? Do they work?
