Thread: Annoying NASCAR phrases

I thought this article was a bit funny, but definitely not long enough: they missed some! Anyone particularly annoyed by the phrases here or can think of ones they missed?

The only one I think fits to be honest is the discretion one about NASCAR because that's still a very confusing issue. What exactly is their discretion? It's not consistent, ie Gordon being penalized for shoving Kenseth, yet Harvick and Montoya go unscathed for pushing each other and grabbing the other's helmet.

This is a great article but I agree there are many more annoying things that are said throughout races, and by Nascar fans. For instance mine, I like crashes! lol

NASCAR's discretion is not just wrong, it's totally unfair making it by far the most annoying comment you will ever hear in NASCAR. Of course, the really need a new opening phrase. "Boogity, boogity, boogity..." makes me cringe everytime I hear it.

Every time I hear that I want to throw a brick at the TV, I can't stand the pompous donkey's rear end (Darrell Waltrip) as it is and he makes my blood boil just about every time he opens his yap.

I kinda feel sorry for the man. Seems like not many care for him anymore. He always does something to get on people's nerves and it doesn't seem to take much.

I don't mind Darrell. I think he's changed a lot since his driving days. I do think the Boogity thing has been overplayed. Still, he's a man who loves his sport.
