Thread: Start and Park - yes or no

In the last couple of weeks, Bobby Labonte quit his Cup ride because he couldn't handle the fact that they start and park, a move driven by financial reasons.

How do you feel about start and parks? Should they be allowed?

Simple answer, No.
If you can't afford the price at the top, then move down to a more affordable level, but to insult the sport and fans with this kind of scheme pulls NASCAR, the team(s) and fans down. Why NASCAR would ever allow this kind of behavior is beyond me.
